Our Mission

We help leaders grow whole: in business, in life, and in faith.

How We Serve

One root system. Five branches.

Every branch of Eureka Growth grows out of the same roots: one leader's calling, training, passion, and hard-won experience helping business owners grow. Matt Deutschman built Eureka Growth to put that experience to work for you — through community, coaching, and practical tools grounded in both proven business wisdom and Biblical truth. However you connect with Eureka, you're tapping into the same source.

Convene (Peer Advisory)

Running a business is hard — it's not for the faint of heart. Most of your learning of how to run a business is done in the trenches, and you're juggling multiple responsibilities while trying to keep balance in your life. No one warns you how alone leadership can feel — even when you're surrounded by employees, customers, and family who depend on you. Convene exists so you don't have to carry it alone. It's a peer advisory group for Christian business owners and leaders where you can bring the real stuff — the decision keeping you up at night, the opportunity you're afraid to chase, the tension between growing the business and staying faithful to what matters most — to a table of people who actually get it. No pressure to perform. No judgment. Just growth-minded leaders giving each other strong business counsel, built on a Biblical foundation.

1-1 Coaching

Most leaders are verbal processors — you think out loud. There's tremendous value in finding someone who'll actually listen: someone fully invested in your success and focused on helping you make meaningful progress. As a professionally trained and certified business and leadership coach, Matt asks the right questions to help you work through a problem, a decision hanging in the balance, or a growth opportunity. The goal of each session is a concrete action plan you can actually measure progress against. Every Convene member gets 1-1 coaching built in; coaching on its own is also available.

Quarterly Workshops

How transformational could it be to periodically work on your business, with fresh perspectives and tools? Matt leads quarterly virtual workshops on a variety of topics to help you improve your leadership and grow your business. These are typically one hour long, highly interactive, and focused on ensuring you walk away having made tangible progress on a real project on your plate. No theory. No passive "being talked at." Just action.

Speaking

If your group's next meeting is another passive presentation, it'll be forgotten before the ride home. Bring Matt in and it won't be. His approach: interactive over passive, workshop over presentation — leading your group through a real process to accomplish something tangible, and leaving them with a tool or framework they'll keep using long after he's gone.

Education–Entrepreneurship Peer Advisory

Students need real-world experience. Business owners need trusted advisors. Faculty have expertise that rarely leaves the classroom. Eureka Growth partners with educational institutions to bring all three together in one peer advisory program — business owners get support and counsel from a team that includes faculty and aspiring entrepreneurs, students get hands-on training they can't get from a textbook, and faculty put their expertise directly to work in the community. It's a unique model Eureka Growth helped design, and our team helps you implement it and carry it all the way through.

I am a member of Matt's Convene peer advisory group and have also benefitted from his one-on-one coaching. In Convene, we engage in structured conversations about our business challenges, supporting each other as we work through these issues through a spiritual perspective. As a facilitator, Matt excels at managing group dynamics--skillfully balancing participation between those who contribute easily and often and some whose voices that are quieter but no less meaningful. Beyond addressing business challenges, our group offers a space to explore the deeper meaning of our personal and professional contributions. Matt consistently shares valuable insights from business leaders and books, offers opportunities for strategic planning and reflection, and provides practical frameworks for achieving both personal and professional success. His passion for helping business owners and leaders grow their organizations, strengthen their family relationships, and make a positive impact on their communities is evident in everything he does.

It’s nice to have a trusted advisor in your professional network. Matt Deutschman has become one of those people for me. Through Convene, Matt leads a community of business owners who are committed to growing their organizations while staying grounded in their values. The conversations go far beyond revenue, hiring, or strategy. They challenge you to think about leadership, stewardship, accountability, and the kind of business you're building. Running a law firm means making decisions every day that affect clients, team members, and the future of the practice. Those decisions aren't always straightforward, which is why I value having trusted advisors who ask thoughtful questions, offer honest perspective, and aren't afraid to challenge my thinking. I've always believed in the idea of the three-legged stool. One leg is building a healthy business. Another is continuing to grow professionally. The third is staying anchored in your values and the life you're building outside of work. When one of those legs weakens, everything becomes less stable. Matt has helped reinforce the importance of keeping all three in balance. His leadership has been a valuable reminder that success isn't measured only by growth, but also by leading with intention and staying true to the principles that guide your decisions. Every business owner benefits from having people who help them become better leaders, not just more successful business owners. Thank you, Matt, for your leadership and the community you've built.
